You know who I’m talking about. The ones who don’t appreciate you. Who aren’t particularly pleasant. Who refuse to plan ahead so that everything ends up in crisis mode. You take the call, but sometimes voicemail simply seems easier.
It’s important to limit the number of THOSE clients, if you must have them at all. And even more important to not become one. Be the person you’d love to work with and you’ll get a live person on the first ring.
