With the end of January (aka “doing all the new things”) approaching, I’ve been thinking about the flipside. Sure, we all love a good resolution; but what if some of the things we did last year were successful?

What if same old, same old was really SAME OLD, SAME OLD!

The start of a new year doesn’t have to mean completely starting over. I’m certain you had successes in 2018 that were because of good habits and strategies. Did you regularly send an email to current and prospective clients that kept you top of mind? Maybe you refreshed your brand, and successfully translated it across all of your materials? Did you finally find the right industry groups that nourished your need to grow professionally? Nice work.

Celebrate your wins while you’re also looking to improve. Take note of what worked and stay the course. Integrate some new strategies, but only continue with them if they are serving you positively.
